NATE L. ADAMS, III, P.C., is a member of ADAMS AND JONES, P.L.C., a professional limited liability company engaged in the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. 


Nate L. Adams, III, was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1981. Since that time, he has tried or argued cases at every level of the Virginia Courts and, with the sole exception of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Federal Courts. He concentrates his practice in business law, incorporation law, workers' compensation, creditor's rights, employment law for both employers and employees, domestic relations, and personal injury.

Mr. Adams is a graduate of the College of William and Mary
(A.B., 1977) and the Washington and Lee University School of Law (J.D., 1981).

Mr. Adams is active in the Winchester community, having served on the Winchester Planning Commission as its Chairman, and on the Board of Directors for
Blue Ridge Hospice.  He has also previously served on the Winchester-Frederick Economic Development Commission and its Executive Committee, the Winchester Board of Zoning Appeals as its Chairman, Blue Ridge Hospice on the Board of Directors and as its President,  the President's Roundtable for Shenandoah University, and is a co-founder and former director of the Shenandoah Valley Discovery Museum.

Mr. Adams has been featured in Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in America. Virginia Lawyers Weekly, a statewide legal publication, has also recognized his legal efforts. Mr. Adams has been a featured speaker in seminars sponsored by the Winchester-Frederick Chamber of Commerce and Blue Ridge Hospice addressing employment issues and end of life legal issues.
